New and Renewal HOG Release Form

If you would like to join the KMC chapter, see our
Membership Co-ordinator -
at the next chapter meeting, or stop in at Hal's Harley Davidson and fill out a Release form, or click on the "New and Renewal HOG Release" form link at the left to download a pdf file of the form.
After you have completed the Release form, drop them off at Hal's Harley Davidson or bring it to the next KMC meeting. Remember, you must be a member of National H.O.G to join a local chapter such as KMC. The cost for KMC membership (new or renewal) is $20.00/person. Our membership period runs from January to December. KMC Chapter meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at The New Berlin Ale House 16000 West Cleveland Ave. Join us for social hour before the meeting from 6:00 - 7:00, and afterwards. |
